Meet Demi’s Animal Rescue.
Starting the rescue when she was just 14 years old, Demi Merritt has really showed her love and compassion for animals from all walks of life. By the time she was 17, Demi had already placed 60 animals in new homes. Specializing in the reconditioning of even the most difficult pets, Demi’s Animal Rescue strives to make life better for each and every creature that walks through their doors. The goal of the organization is to mend each and every animal both physically and mentally and then find the best matches for adoption.
Now run by a board of five members, Demi’s continues to make progress in their endeavors to save animals. They’re continuously hosting fundraising events, adoption events, and spay/neuter/vaccination clinics to aid in the welfare of our furry friends. But this small group of powerful individuals cannot do it alone! They’re always looking for volunteers or new fosters to help them in their mission. Did you know that you can also help save an animals life by simply stopping in to any of our three smoke shop locations? Yup, that’s right! While you’re browsing around our store, look for the red box with Demi’s logo on it. Usually they’re hanging out somewhere around our cash registers.
